Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Sexual harassment is a serious issue that affects workplaces across all sectors, including schools. Teachers and education professionals work in dynamic environments involving colleagues, management, parents, governors, and - uniquely - pupils. This training has been designed specifically for those working in educational settings in the UK.

From 30th October 2026, the law will be changed for sexual harassment and the Employment Rights Act 2025 now places a duty on employers to take 'all reasonable steps' to prevent sexual harassment - a higher standard than before. Completing this training is one of the steps your employer must take to meet that duty. It is therefore both important for your own awareness and for your school's legal compliance.

This course should take approximately 60 minutes to complete and contains a series of questions and case studies throughout to consolidate learning.
