Anti-radicalisation & 'Prevent' - Awareness Training for Schools 2024/25

Teachers have a duty under the government’s Prevent strategy to identify concerns about any young person who might be in danger of being radicalised.

This course will help you understand what radicalisation and extremism are and how you might identify whether a child is at risk. There is information on the Prevent strategy and what to do if you have concerns.

The course should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Updated January 2024 to reflect new Prevent duty guidance and reviewed in July 2024..
